2019 will mark the “35th” anniversary of the iconic, GRAMMY award winning album, “PURPLE RAIN”; the sixth studio album released by PRINCE, which was the first to feature his band THE REVOLUTION and is the soundtrack to the 1984 movie classic which won an OSCAR for Best Original Song Score. The album has sold over 25million copies worldwide (and counting) and the movie grossed more than $68 million at the box office in the United States and over $80 million worldwide!! Prince Day Houston 2019 will pay homage to this phenominal creation and the longevity of it’s influence…PURPLE REIGN!!

his event will take place at LeChateau Bistro | Lounge in the Museum District of Houston, Texas (1112 Southmore Blvd., 77004) and is a celebration of his LIFE, MUSIC & LEGACY featuring some of the most talented artists in the city who come together to celebrate this iconic genius.
